Why I Left My Full-Time Job to Build This
Health has always been something I cared deeply about, but for years I was doing everything I thought was right while watching my own health struggle anyway. That changed me. When my husband Robbie and I finally tried this protocol in May 2025, after putting it off for months because we were skeptical, our results opened my eyes to an entirely different way of understanding metabolic health.
When someone suggested I could build something around this, I hesitated. I did not want to be pushy. I did not want to bother anyone. I had a full-time job and no experience doing anything like this. Then I looked closer and realized it was nothing like what I had assumed. The products are clinically researched, patented, and sold in over 60 countries. I had proof in my own body and in my husband's bloodwork. The demand was not something I had to create. It already existed.
So I started in June 2025, because I could not stop thinking about how many people were out there doing their absolute best and still feeling stuck, exactly like we had been. Less than a year later I left my full-time job to build Rooted Metabolic Health and make this the center of what I do. The income matters, but it was never the best part. Watching someone I helped actually get healthier is what turned this from work into purpose.
